Chantal Rosary
The Chantal Rosary is named after Saint Jane Frances de Chantal, a French nun who overcame anxieties with a simple meditation every morning. She would picture herself floating in the ocean with buoys. Each buoy would represent a fear or anxiety, and she would slowly let each one go, trusting that God would take each of them from her.
